Well whichever side you take the government is taking notice and trying to clean up the Estate Agents act for them by introducing a range of of measures.Will estate agents be left with egg on thier faces?

We at Kent Real Estate believe we are a rare breed ,being if you like poacher turned game keeper.For years as property developers we paid out huge sums of money to a plethora of estate agents in commissions for doing ,well not very much. So we know what we wanted from an Estate Agent and finally decided the only way we were going to get that service was by doing it ourselves.
